Promising climber Thibaut Pinot makes his Tour de France debut with the FDJ-BigMat team which was announced on Sunday. While Pinot makes the French outfit's line-up there is no place for Arnold Jeannesson, 14th last year but who misses the 2012 edition due to health issues.
