With 2012 sponsorships including the Lotto-Belisol and Specialized-lululemon road teams, as well as an assortment of mountain bike and BMX athletes, Lezyne maintains a profilic company in professional racing. The parts and accessories company that's based in San Luis Obispo, California is on the verge of opening an all-new proprietary manufacturing facility in Taiwan. Combine that with an attractive catalog of new and improved products for the 2013 model year, and it's safe to say that the Lezyne is looking to tackle the cycling market more aggressively than ever as it enters its sixth year of operation.

The folks from Lezyne recently paid a visit to the palatial RBA headquarters to offer a sneak peek at some of their latest wares, including the brand's redesigned line of multi-tools featuring integratd LED lights to help get the job done in lowlight situations.

Speaking of lights, Lezyne has invested quite the pretty penny in an integrating sphere, which is the msot accurate way to measure lumens (the amount of light a souce emits). What does that mean for you? Simply that Lezyne's newest range of lights are not only manufactured entirely in-house, but they're also tested to one of (if not, the) highest standards the industry. The Femto (above) is a small, "to-be-seen" model for everyday use that adds a bit of visbility to any bike or rider. It features five modes of operation, has a water-resistant design, comes in four colors and retails for $14.99 each. A pair sells for $27.99 and includes both a white and red light version.

If you're looking for a bit more power than the Femto offers, then the Micro Drive might be what you're looking for. Available in black and silver bodies, as well as with both white and red LEDs, the Micro Drive sells for $49.99 each, or $89.99 for a pair. The Micro Drive also includes an integrated USB-recharging port and a battery level indicator integrated into the power button for easy reference.

The biggest and brightest of Lezyne's XL light line, the Super Drive features up to 500 lumens of road-lighting power (depending on the operating mode). It comes in black and silver body colors and retails for $119.99. A deluxe package comes with the Super Drive XL, two handlebar mounts, a helmet mount, spare rechargable battery, USB charging cable and a composite hardcase for easy storage, all for $149.99.

Lezyne is perhaps best known for its line of pumps, both of the floor and hand varieties. Several models have been upgraded for 2013, including the Carbon Lite handpump. It features a carbon fiber body mated to CNC-machined aluminum bits for added durability, while clocking in at a scant 80 grams. Perfect for the jersey pocket, the Carbon Lite also features Lezyne's ABS flex hose technology, which is a hidden rubber hose stored inside the pump that can be taken out and used without fear of damaging a valve stem. Compatible with both Presta and Schrader valves, the Carbon Lite retails for $59.99.

While the reliability of a trusty handpump cannot be underestimated, it's hard to beat the convenience of a CO2 inflation system for roadside flat fixes. Lezyne's newest Twin Speed Drive inflator is as minimal as "minimal" gets at 14 grams and $14.99. Its CNC-machined aluminum body features a 90-degree bend to allow fitting onto most any rim. A simple slip-on design works with both Presta and Schrader valves, and a 16-gram CO2 cartridge is included. A Twin Kit package is also available and it comes with the Twin Speed Drive, two CO2 cartridges, tire levers, a patch kit and a neoprene storage sleeve all for $23.99.

Lezyne's newest bottle cages feature a side-load design that's ideal for small frame sizes with compact geometry. The carbon fiber version weighs in a 36 grams and sells for $59.99.

For those on a tighter budget, Lezyne's new bottle cage comes in a composite matrix version for $9.99 each or $15.99 for a pair. Black and white colors are available, and the cage weighs in at 48 grams.

One of Lezyne's biggest product lines is saddle bags. Redesigned for 2013 with new features and upgraded materials, Lezyne should have a style and size for everyone. New to the range is the Energy Caddy. It's designed to be mounted on the top tube and features a minimal Velcro strap covering a large, expandable storage section that's ideal for holding on-bike nutrition products. A big hit for the triathlon market, it's available in two colors and sells for $22.99.
