LATEST NEWS: BATTAGLIN OFFERS "WEEK AS A PROFESSIONAL"
April 30, 2012

Italian frame maker Battaglin is branching out from their business of handcrafting bikes, and are now offering weeklong, all-inclusive cycling vacations across Italy. The brand, founded by 1981 Giro d’Italia and Vuelta a’Espana overall winner Giovanni Battaglin, aims to share their version of the ultimate Italian cycling experience. Ride routes follow some of the iconic Giro stages and are led by professional cyclists from the region.

In addition to experiencing the legendary rides, Battaglin Travel has secured exclusive accommodations and meals that will fully immerse you in the local culture. The weeklong riding experience is open to riders of all levels, with rides being tailored to each rider’s individual abilities. Battaglin’s Week as a Professional starts at $2199, and goes up from there depending on the month of the trip and room occupancy. There is also a non-rider rate for the significant other who wants to enjoy the luxuries of the trip, minus the riding. For more information on the trips and pricing go to Battaglin
