This year’s final stage of the Amgen Tour of California finished at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena and, as usual, the collection of race bikes and spectator bikes was something to behold. Here’s a big handful of just some of the bikes that we were able to keep up with.

When asked, this guy said he was the original owner of this Klein Quantum that was over 25 years old.

America’s newest hot shot sprint star John Murphy was close at the Rose Bowl. He still came away from the Amgen Tour of California with two 4th place finishes.

No really, if you were riding bikes in SoCal back in the late 80’s/early 90’s you would’ve seen six million of these Centurion Dave Scott bikes.

Every Tour makes their own deals with neutral support companies, and SRAM is in charge at AToC.

Team SmartStop is running with NeilPryde bikes this year. This is the Stars-N-Stripes bike of National Road and Criterium Champ Eric Marcotte.

Team Lotto-NLJumbo had a pretty quiet AToC, but their celeste-colored Oltre bikes always garnered some attention.

No doubt one of the most talked-about teams in the race was the young and aggressive Hincapie team with their Felt bikes.

Rose Bowl 6

The Swift bikes are ridden by the Drapac Aussie team.

Rose Bowl 9

Jamis supplies the bikes for the Jamis-Hagens Berman team.

Rose Bowl 5

The “Argyle Boys” of the Cannondale-Garmin team were also surprisingly quiet this year.
