Caleb Ewan notched his third win of the 2019 Tour de France during Stage 21. The Lotto Soudal rider took the fast line down the fencing and held off second place Dylan Groenewegen. 22-year-old Egan Bernal secured the yellow jersey as he rolled through the finish line surrounded by his Ineos teammates.
