KENDA HAPPY MEDIUM PRO
Kenda makes sure there is a tire for everyone, and with the Happy Medium Pro, the company combined two tires to make one extremely versatile model. With larger knobs on the side and very small knobs in the middle, this tire is designed for dry, hard packed and grassy terrain. The small knobs in the center reduce rolling resistance, while the outer portion of the tire can supply comfort while cornering aggressively.
TRP HY/RD DISC BRAKES
TRP’s latest effort to bring hydraulic performance to the developing road/cyclocross disc market, the HY/RD is an open hydraulic system that is fully compatible with all existing cable-actuated levers. The calipers feature a hydraulic reservoir at the caliper itself. The system automatically adjusts to brake pad wear, and works with both 140mm and 160mm rotors. Available in polished or black finishes.
LAKE MX331 SHOES
Lake Cycling has been around for over 30 years and lays claim to several industry firsts, including the first mountain bike-specific shoe and the first cold-weather-specific cycling shoe. Now Lake has introduced the first-ever cyclocross-specific shoe, the MX331. Its upper is crafted from supple goat leather and includes a single Boa closure dial. What makes the MX331 truly cyclocross-oriented is its modular, carbon fiber outsole. Many of the cleats can be repositioned or removed to create the ideal platform for any riding environment- from dust and dirt to water and snow.
