They say a new color, we say a new shade

From our gravel-friendly friends in Minnesota,  Otso Cycles has released a new colorway for the Waheela C gravel bike – which joins their stable of titanium bikes – that sells for $2550 and is available in 5 sizes.

Press Release

We’ve got a new color of the Waheela C to share. The new color is Slate & Gray with a matte finish. This is the fourth color of our new frame graphics that we first shared in April. We were initially planning to release this color next year, but with the increased interest in cycling this summer and the feeling of a never-ending season despite a lack of events, there’s no sense in waiting.

One change we’ve made since April is the option to have a fork with a 12mm or 15mm axle. Much of the feedback we received with our April launch led us to offer both sizes as options.

The Waheela C frame is not changing. Here are a few things that set the Waheela C apart from other gravel bikes:

Massive tire clearance. The Waheela C can fit up to 29” x 2.1” tires (700c x 54mm equivalent) with ample space. The same clearance can be found with 650b or 27.5” wheels.

Adjustable geometry. Our Tuning Chip rear dropout allows the rider to change the wheelbase by up to 20mm. This chip has three positions: the rear position makes for a long wheelbase and stable ride, the front position is a shorter wheelbase for CX racing or singletrack riding, and the middle position is kind of the best of both worlds.

EPS molded carbon frame. It’s light, strong, and ready for the next race, climb, or spirited ride.
Unrivaled ride quality. This bike was designed to center the rider over the two wheels. This makes for a ride that exudes confidence, stability, and comfort.

Dropper compatible. Riding with a dropper post on a gravel bike isn’t for everyone. And that’s fine. With versatility at the core of Otso, we still want to provide the option. We offer dropper posts with 60mm and 100mm travel options on our custom bike configurator.
