PHOTO OF THE WEEK
Chris Froome returns to racing today at the Ruta del Sol while his current doping investigation is still ongoing. This has ruffled the feathers of many fellow racers and the cycling industry as a whole in general. Many believe Froome should sit out of competition until his current investigation is cleared, though his team believe they are completely in the right and have nothing to shy away from. If he does come back and have to serve a ban all of his current results, including his from the current race he is competing in, will be taken away which adds even further headache to the case. FIRST RIDE IMPRESSIONS: BIANCHI ALLROAD IMPULSO
One of our newest test bikes to land in the RBA stable is the $2100 Bianchi Impulso Allroad. We first spotted the bike at last year’s Interbike show and came away impressed with the price-point and spec. The aluminum frame Italian dual purpose bike is great start for anyone who is looking to try their hand in the gravel segment while getting in at a great price point.
CANNONDALE: THE GROUP RIDE
On a recent trip to Southern California Cannondale got their athletes and ambassadors together for a ride through the Santa Monica mountains while hitting a bit of rough road in the process.

THE ROCK COBBLER 5.0
This past weekend the Rock Cobbler 5.0 happened and the stories and recap of the Bakersfield event have been going viral. Mostly due to the fact that the course went through a backyard pool party and then through the living room of the house, yes thats right I said house.
Not your average course which most courses actually just have you do laps around an industrial park but Sam Ames who is the promoter and master mind behind this event really knows how to keep the mood light. Close to 400 hundred cyclists came out to ride the event and enjoy the post ride shenanigans. We caught up with Sam Ames following the event to get some more information on the event and the stories which came from it that will be up on our site later this week.
