Throwback Thursday Video: 2004 San Francisco Gran Prix
Plenty of hard climbing and bar-to-bar action
By Zap
With climbs that ramped up to 25% , the days of the San Francisco GP brought a level of pro racing to the west coast that both equaled the energy and hype of the Core States race in Philadelphia and preceded the Amgen Tour of California. The Golden Gate city provided the perfect mix of a hard race course, tourist traps, good food, celebs and scenic postcard views. Great days indeed!
