Tweet of the Day: Jumbo Visma Team Bus Reacts To Wout Van Aert’s Stage 10 Victory

Add another stage for Visma

Team Jumbo Visma capture their 4 stage victory of the 2019 Tour de France when 24-year-old cyclocross hero Wout Van Aert out sprinted Deceuninck Quickstep’s Elia Viviani during stage 10. Van Aert is normally in the lead out train for Visma’s Dylan Groenewegen but the Dutchman had been dropped so Van Aert was given the OK to sprint for the team. In his first Tour, Van Aert becomes the 3 individual stage winner for Jumbo Visma, the team also captured a victory at Stage 2’s team time trial. Nearly halfway through the Tour, opportunities for stage wins are looking slim, but don’t count out the Dutch squad just yet.
