ZIPP’s New 454 NSW Carbon Clincher Wheelset

Zipp’s latest wheelset is undoubtedly their most visually striking yet. The new 454 NSW uses what Zipp calls SawTooth, which is a patented rim shape that is claimed to simultaneously reduce both aerodynamic drag and side force. In terms of aero-drag and side force at all yaw angles, Zipp says it’s the highest performing wheelset they’ve made. Pricing is set at $4000.
