While the big news is that Shimano road is now 12-speed with a hybrid wireless connection, Shimano also decided to go all-in with a dual launch. Dura-Ace R9200 and Ultegra R8100 for the first time in Shimano history launch simultaneously. We haven’t had a chance to ride the new Ultegra, but if it’s anything like the Dura-Ace version we’ll be happy. Here are some images we captured of the new Ultegra drivetrain at the Dura-Ace launch.
