FIRST LOOK: SHIMANO ULTEGRA R8100 WIRELESS DI2 12-SPEED

Launched at the same time as Dura-Ace!

While the big news is that Shimano road is now 12-speed with a hybrid wireless connection, Shimano also decided to go all-in with a dual launch. Dura-Ace R9200 and Ultegra R8100 for the first time in Shimano history launch simultaneously. We haven’t had a chance to ride the new Ultegra, but if it’s anything like the Dura-Ace version we’ll be happy. Here are some images we captured of the new Ultegra drivetrain at the Dura-Ace launch.

That’s one good-looking bike, too bad we couldn’t ride it.
One cage length makes it easier to get the correct compatibility.
Smaller size but with the same accuracy and dependability.
160mm rotor in the front where it matters.
