Gallery: 2015 Cyclocross World Champs, Elite Women

After a wet and wild race on Saturday in Tabor, Czech Republic, France’s Pauline Ferrand-Prevost, the 2014 World Road Race Champion, came out on top to capture her first-ever cyclocross world title. Belgium’s Sanne Cant, arguably the most dominant rider in women’s cyclocross racing this season, was beaten to the line in a sprint finish and had to settle for silver. Marianne Vos has been struggling to find her form over the past few weeks, but still managed to take third place. Kaitlin Anntoneau was the highest finishing American in 13th, while American champion Katie Compton struggled on the day and came across the line in 27th. Here’s a list of the top ten finishers, as well as some of the best photos from the Elite Women’s race at the 2015 Cyclocross World Championships (Photos: Bettini).
