PETER SAGAN SIGNED UP FOR AMERICA’S BIGGEST GRAVEL RACE
Cycling phenom Peter Sagan is set to race Unbound Gravel on Saturday, June 3. The iconic gravel race takes place in the Flint Hills of Kansas and is notorious for its unrelenting rolling terrain, tire shredding gravel and marquee 200 mile distance. Sagan will race the 100 mile variant as part of a deal with his WorldTour TotalEnergies team sponsor Specialized. Sagan has been training in Utah since last racing in April, following a struggle with persistent long-COVID symptoms.

We’re headed to Unbound Gravel (formerly Dirty Kanza) to cover the happenings in Emporia, Kansas for the 8th time and will be on the lookout for the Slovakian superstar. Check out our Unbound/DK200 archives here.
