STAGE 2
Sunday, July 5
Utrecht to Zeeland, the Netherlands (166km)
After a stage one time trial, the riders hit the road on a flat, 166-kilometer route that remains in the country of the Netherlands. On paper, this should be one that the sprinters will be eying. But if the region’s famous winds pick up, then a chaotic day on the road could erupt that would favor some of the sport’s hard men.
